M-coil type heat exchanger

A high heat exchange rate is, of course, the ideal form of a heat exchanger that also takes into account CIP, SIP, and maintenance.

Adopting a unique seamless coil design, it features a waste-free structure born from high-performance and theoretical design, forming a complete counterflow and demonstrating maximum heat transfer efficiency. Additionally, it is finished in a very compact manner, achieving space-saving. Fully compliant with GMP, it naturally prevents cross-contamination, has no liquid accumulation inside the flow path, and takes into account stress response through steam sterilization.

M coil type heat exchanger

Of course, a high heat exchange rate, this is the ideal form of a heat exchanger that also takes into account CIP/SIP and maintenance!

The M-coil type heat exchanger consists of heat transfer tubes that form the flow path for the process fluid and a flow path for the utility side heat transfer medium formed by the partition plate and the outer surface of the heat transfer tubes. The process fluid and utility fluid exchange heat in a fully counterflow configuration within a spiral flow path. The heat transfer tubes through which the process flows use seamless pipes, and since there are no welded joints inside the main body, there are no issues related to deterioration or defects in the welds. Additionally, due to the coiled and movable structure of the heat transfer tubes, they absorb the stress generated by frequent heat shocks. Because there is no tube sheet structure, there are no issues with leaks or rust at the expanded sections or leaks due to weld deterioration. 〇 A revolutionary flow path structure is formed through theoretical design, maximizing thermal efficiency and achieving high performance in a compact body. 〇 It excels in sanitary properties and is compatible with CIP/SIP.
